When will I get my order?

Soonest! Our team is on the job, and your package is en route. It is expected to arrive within the timeframe you selected on our easy-to-use calendar.

 How much does expedited delivery cost?

If you're a fan of the fast track and prefer steering clear of queues, 500 SEK will get you there!

My tracking number says the gift was delivered, but my recipient never got it.

Oh no!!! Our delivery team follows a thorough process—they snap a photo upon delivery and text you the time and details. Let's look into this to ensure your gift got to the right person.

Do you ship internationally?

Great question! Right now, we only deliver within Stockholm city. We can't ship things internationally just yet. 

Can you include a personalized note in my order?

Absolutely! Feel free to write a personal message, and we'll happily print it on the provided card stock. 

Help, I accidentally supplied the incorrect information––can I make changes to my order?

For sure! You can change your order but do it at least 24 hours before the delivery. Just send a quick email to info@livskick.se with "URGENT" in the subject, and we'll help you out.
